Surface Texture was commissioned by cellist Thomas Landschoot (USA) and is for solo cello, chamber ensemble and electronics. The recording below contains excerpts from a rehearsal for the premier. The solo cello is performed by Professor Thomas Landschoot (solo cello) with the Arizona Contemporary Music Ensemble. As such it gives an overall image rather than synchronizing to the score.
