(Gallery during installation and programming)

Activated Space designed the multimedia systems for this gallery, supervised the installation, programmed the Show Controller, Richmond AudioBox, Philips Digital Video system and CD-i's and produced the sound design.

This is the first installation of the Richmond AudioBox in Australia. The AudioBox is a 16x16 matrix automatable mixer with 8 channels of hard disk playback.

There are some 21 mid-range speakers (Tanoy CPA-6) positioned throughout the space and two sub-woofers, fed by 2 cd-i's, one Roland AR100, and the 16 matrix mixed outputs of the Richmond Sound Design AudioBox.

The AudioBox is used to create sound that moves through the space, enveloping the visitor in the sense of journey and change
